ENDORSEMENTS

Sunrise Newark only endorses candidates who have demonstrated a commitment to sustainability. Click below to view the candidates we are currently endorsing, or for information on being considered for endorsement. 

ENDORSEMENT PROCESS

Sunrise Newark will consider candidates for endorsement so long as they complete the following:

  1. Candidates MUST sign the No Fossil Fuel Money Pledge, and submit proof of having signed. 

  2. Candidates MUST fill out our endorsement questionnaire.

  3. It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that candidates also sign the Green New Deal Pledge.

Only after the above steps will a candidate be considered eligible for endorsement.
